What should be paid attention to when using the central feeding system?
1. Before starting, the drive wheel shall be manually rotated for one or two turns, and the operation of the central feeding system can be started only after the movement is confirmed to be flexible, and the feeding can be started only after the central feeding system operates normally.
2. During operation, pay attention to the temperature of the bearing, ensure that the bearing is in good lubrication condition, and pay attention to whether the sound and vibration are abnormal. When abnormal conditions are found, first stop the machine to check whether it is stuck by non-fragile objects or damaged by the central feeding system.
3. Check whether the particle size of the broken product meets the requirements. If there are too many particles larger than the specified size, the reasons should be found out, such as too large screen bar gap, too wide discharge opening, hammer wear, etc.
4. The products of the plastic central feeding system should be fed evenly to prevent overloading. Metal, wood and other unbreakable items shall be strictly prevented from entering the machine. During crushing, the feed moisture shall not be too high; During wet crushing, proper amount of water shall be added to prevent blocking caused by insufficient flushing and reduce production capacity.
5. Wear parts shall be replaced or repaired in time.
6. The safety device of the central feeding system shall be kept in good condition, and it shall not save time and make the safety device invalid.
7. When the central feeding system is shut down, check whether the fastening bolts are firm and the wear degree of the easily worn parts. If more attention is paid in daily use, the central feeding system will be more durable and bring more benefits to the enterprise.
8. Before stopping the operation of the centralized feeding system, the material shall be stopped first, and the material in the machine shall be discharged, and then the power supply of the motor shall be cut off.
