Precautions for safe operation steps of high-speed mixer

1. Before use, the machine shall be put into trial operation with no load. Before trial operation, the tightness of all connections of the high-speed mixer and the integrity of electrical equipment shall be checked, and then the main power switch shall be closed and the power supply shall be connected to carry out trial operation with no load.

2. Press and hold the safety protection switch by hand, and then press the green start switch. Pay attention to the motor rotation (clockwise rotation). If the direction is reversed, press the red switch to stop the machine and turn off the power, and then change the position of any two phase lines for wiring.

3. Test run at idle. The high-speed mixer can be put into production only when no abnormal noise, high heat of bearing gear and high temperature rise of reducer are found.

4. The high-speed mixer can be put into production normally after confirming the correct rotation of the motor. Please set the time according to the mixing time required for different materials (the timer can be adjusted for 0 to 30 minutes).

5. In the process of use, if it is necessary to scrape the materials on the barrel wall of the high-speed mixer, wooden or plastic tools should be used instead of hands to avoid hand injury.

6. If the machine vibrates or makes abnormal noise during use, stop the high-speed mixer immediately for comprehensive inspection.

7. Do not use too much load., Generally, the load of the high-speed mixer motor is used to measure the heavy-load current of the 380V motor when mixing plastic. It is normal to not exceed the rated current of the motor. If the load is exceeded, the mixing capacity shall be reduced.

8. The management personnel must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, control system and operation principle of the high-speed mixer. During operation, it is not allowed to leave the working place to prevent damage to parts due to failure and ensure safe production.
