Maintenance of high-speed mixer

When the high-speed mixer is in use, maintenance procedures should be formulated. In addition to the general equipment maintenance rules, the following items should also be noted:

① Be sure to follow the operating procedures of the equipment, which is the maintenance of the equipment.

② Note that the equipment shall be started normally before feeding and mixing, and the feeding shall be added slowly according to the required sequence.

③ Prepare sealing rings, rubber rings for couplings, V-belts and rolling bearings. The working parts of these parts are prone to failure and should be replaced in time if necessary.

④ Regularly (generally one quarter) check whether fasteners are loose; Check the tightness of V-belt installation; All parts of the equipment shall be cleaned and dusted.

Mixer maintenance can generally be carried out once a year. Pay attention to the following points:

① Check and trim the clearance between the mixing paddle, scraper and the mixing chamber wall to meet the requirements of the following table.

② Dismantle all rolling bearings, clean and check them; Replace severely worn parts. Replace the grease and sealing ring.

③ Check whether the main drive shaft is bent or worn.

④ Check and clean the cylinder, replace the sealing ring and guide sleeve vulnerable parts, and check whether the piston rod is bent, deformed and worn.

⑤ After the inspection of main parts, make records, test if necessary, prepare parts and accessories, and propose the next maintenance and replacement.
