1. Centralized feeding system equipment: mainly composed of fan, suction pipe, storage bin, suction pipe, filter screen, electric control box and other components.

When the hopper of the feeding system needs to be fed, it is recommended that fan 2 form negative pressure in the central storage warehouse through suction pipe 4 and filter screen 3; At the same time, the data in the eight data boxes connected with the central storage warehouse and data box are sucked into the central storage warehouse. When a certain amount is inhaled, the feeding relay acts, the central system fan stops running, and the feeding operation stops; At this time, open the feeding door to feed the extruder hopper, and then enter the central system.

2. Automatic feeding system equipment:

The automatic air pipeline transportation mode is mainly used for parallel production of multiple extruders. In such a relatively large-scale extrusion product workshop, the conveying system consists of a main feeding pipe, which is then divided into several branch pipes to feed each extruder hopper. This method relies on compressed air and selects air duct transportation mode, which has small floor area, few personnel and relatively clean environment, and can be used to transport particles and powder.

3. Spring feeding system equipment: install the spring in the rubber tube, the spring is directly driven by the motor and rotates at high speed in the rubber tube. When the hopper needs to be fed, it is suggested that the motor drives the spring to rotate, and the data is driven by the spring coil. The upper end of the rubber tube is aligned with the hopper, and there is a row of material openings. The data rising to the material opening is thrown out of the material opening by the centrifugal force of the spring rotation and enters the hopper. The feeding equipment has simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and is suitable for the transportation of particles and powders.
