1、 The pipeline planning should consider the actual situation of the enterprise, the occupied space of the entire supply system and the traffic conditions. The overall resources should be well planned to ensure the rationality of the pipeline.
2、 The site of the pipeline shall be selected to facilitate the installation, maintenance and material transportation of the pipeline.
3、 Reduce the number of elbows as much as possible. Excessive number of elbows will cause serious instability of the conveyed materials and also cause blockage. Therefore, the number of bends should be reduced during pipeline layout. In addition, it is not allowed to connect two elbows or close them too close to avoid blocking due to excessive speed after passing through one elbow.
4、 When the transmission pipeline meets the transmission requirements, the length should be shortened as much as possible. If it must be extended, the combination of horizontal pipe and vertical pipe can be used. When materials are transported by long distance horizontal pipes, slow flow rate and deposition are easy to occur. So the length of the pipe is not too long.
