What problems will occur in the central material supply system when it is used? How to deal with it?
1、 Unable to start:
1. Check whether the progressive power supply 380V is connected and whether the switch in the electric cabinet is turned on;
2. Check whether the fuse is broken, and check the reason for it;
3. Check whether the transformer is normal;
4. Check whether the switch power supply is normal.
2、 There is suction action, but there is no suction or suction flow:
1. Check whether the air shutoff valve in the negative pressure pipeline has air leakage;
2. Check whether the filter in the pulse dust collector is blocked by dust;
3. Check whether the exhaust valve on the pulse dust collector has air leakage;
4. Check whether the upper cover of the suction bucket is closed.
3、 The suction bucket on the machine is empty, but the touch screen displays full:
1. Check whether the sensitivity of the photoelectric switch is normal and whether it is damaged;
2. Check whether the photoelectric switch is not tightened properly or the screw is not tightened;
3. Check whether the aviation plug is plugged in.
4、 The suction bucket on the machine has no material, but the touch screen displays the lack of material:
1. Check whether the sensitivity of the photoelectric switch is normal and whether it is damaged;
2. Check whether the photoelectric switch is not tightened properly or the screw is not tightened;
3. Check whether the aviation plug is plugged in.
5、 Vacuum suction bucket does not fall:
1. Open the upper cover of the suction bucket to see if the original frying pan is bridged and stuck on the blanking opening;
2. Check whether the evacuation time is too long;
3. Check whether the extraction time is too long.
